gpio: nomadik: wrap a local variable in a necessary ifdef

The 'desc' local variable in nmk_gpio_dbg_show_one() is now only used
with CONFIG_PINCTRL_NOMADIK enabled so wrap its declaration with an
appropriate ifdef.
