Jon Mason	5c8b73ca43	lance: remove unnecessary setting of skb->dev ... skb->dev is being unnecessarily set during ring init. It is already being set to the proper value when eth_type_trans is called on packet receive, and the skb->dev is not referenced anywhere else in the code. Jeff Kirsher	b955f6ca77	amd: Move AMD (Lance) chipset drivers ... Moves the drivers for the AMD chipsets into drivers/net/ethernet/amd/ and the necessary Kconfig and Makfile changes. The au1000 (Alchemy) driver was also moved into the same directory even though it is not a "Lance" driver.
