Pull regulator updates from Mark Brown:
"Other than new device support and some minor fixes this has been a
really quiet release, the only notable things are the new drivers.
There's a couple of MFDs among the new devices so the generic parts
are pulled in:
- Support for Analog Devices MAX77831/57/59, Awinc AW37503, Qualcom
PMX75 and RFGEN, RealTek RT5733, RichTek RTQ2208 and Texas
Instruments TPS65086"

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

This follows on the change ("regulator: Set PROBE_PREFER_ASYNCHRONOUS
for drivers that existed in 4.14") but changes regulators didn't exist
in Linux 4.14 but did exist in Linux 4.19.
NOTE: from a quick "git cherry-pick" it looks as if
"bd718x7-regulator.c" didn't actually exist in v4.19. In 4.19 it was
named "bd71837-regulator.c". See commit 2ece646c90 ("regulator:
bd718xx: rename bd71837 to 718xx")

Add the configuration for pm6350 regulators. The supplies are not known
so leave them out for now.
Additionally leave out configuration of smps3 - smps5 and ldo17 as these
are not configured in the downstream kernel and the type of them is not
known.

W=1 kernel builds report a lack of descriptions for various
enum properties and function arguments. In reality they are
documented, but the formatting was not as expected '@.*:'.
Instead, some weird arg identifiers were used or none at all.
This change fixes the following warnings:

Add the QCOM RPMh regulator driver to manage PMIC regulators
which are controlled via RPMh on some Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
SoCs. RPMh is a hardware block which contains several
accelerators which are used to manage various hardware resources
that are shared between the processors of the SoC. The final
hardware state of a regulator is determined within RPMh by
performing max aggregation of the requests made by all of the
processors.
Add support for PMIC regulator control via the voltage regulator
manager (VRM) and oscillator buffer (XOB) RPMh accelerators.
VRM supports manipulation of enable state, voltage, and mode.
XOB supports manipulation of enable state.
