Michal Simek	05bf7d4631	microblaze: Add missing symbols for CONSTRUCTORS support ... Commit b99b87f70c add CONSTRUCTOR support to Linux but Microblaze not defined KERNEL_CTORS symbols which are used with that patch. This patch fixed it.
