9055aac765 drm/i915: MEI interface implementation 
Defining the mei-i915 interface functions and initialization of
the interface.

v2:
  Adjust to the new interface changes. [Tomas]
  Added further debug logs for the failures at MEI i/f.
  port in hdcp_port data is equipped to handle -ve values.
v3:
  mei comp is matched for global i915 comp master. [Daniel]
  In hdcp_shim hdcp_protocol() is replaced with const variable. [Daniel]
  mei wrappers are adjusted as per the i/f change [Daniel]

  port initialization is done only at hdcp2_init only [Danvet]

  I915 registers a subcomponent to be matched with mei_hdcp [Daniel]
v6:
  HDCP_disable for all connectors incase of comp_unbind.
  Tear down HDCP comp interface at i915_unload [Daniel]

  Component init and fini are moved out of connector ops [Daniel]
  hdcp_disable is not called from unbind. [Daniel]
v8:
  subcomponent name is dropped as it is already merged.

79a47cd36c drm/i915: Keep malloc references to MST ports 
So that the ports stay around until we've destroyed the connectors, in
order to ensure that we don't pass an invalid pointer to any MST helpers
once we introduce the new MST VCPI helpers.

Changes since v1:
* Move drm_dp_mst_get_port_malloc() to where we assign
  intel_connector->port - danvet

Rename intel_get_pipe_from_connector() to intel_connector_get_pipe() and
move it near its connector function friends in intel_connector.c. No
functional changes.

1c21348d1f drm/i915: move intel connector specific functions to intel_connector.c 
Now that we have intel_connector.c, move the connector specific
functions from intel_display.c there. Fix a few checkpatch complaints
while at it. No functional changes.

The common denominator here seems to be connector more than
modes. Prepare for moving more connector functions to the same place. No
