This commit delegates the selection to include headers into users. Takashi Sakamoto	6503df3612	firewire: core: add common macro to serialize/deserialize isochronous packet header ... The packet for Asynchronous Streaming Packet includes the same header fields as the isochronous packet has. It is helpful to have some helper functions to serialize/deserialize them. This commit adds such helper functions with their test. Takashi Sakamoto	75527d8d9e	firewire: core: add common inline functions to serialize/deserialize asynchronous packet header ... In both core and 1394 OHCI driver, some hard-coded values and macros are used to serialize/deserialize the header of asynchronous packets. It is inconvenient to reuse them. This commit adds some helper inline functions with their tests for the purpose.
