This is a preparation patch for the introduction of CAN XL.
CAN FD and CAN XL uses similar bittiming parameters. Add one level of
nesting for all the CAN FD parameters. Typically:
priv->can.data_bittiming;
becomes:
priv->can.fd.data_bittiming;
This way, the CAN XL equivalent (to be introduced later) would be:
priv->can.xl.data_bittiming;
Add the new struct data_bittiming_params which contains all the data
bittiming parameters, including the TDC and the callback functions.
This done, update all the CAN FD drivers to make use of the new
layout.

After commit 0edb555a65 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.
Convert all can drivers to use .remove(), with the eventual goal to drop
struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and .remove_new() have
the same prototypes, conversion is done by just changing the structure
member name in the driver initializer.

Use preferred device_get_match_data() instead of of_match_device() to
get the driver match data. With this, adjust the includes to explicitly
include the correct headers.
Error checking for matching and match data was not necessary as matching
is always successful if we're already in probe and the match tables always
have data pointers.

Currently the xilinx_can driver does not support adding a phy like the
"ti,tcan1043" to its devicetree.
This code makes it possible to add such phy, so that the kernel makes
sure that the PHY is in operational state, when the link is set to an
"up" state.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart from
emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve
here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first
step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already
returns void. Eventually after all drivers are converted, .remove_new() is
renamed to .remove().
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Currently, some CAN drivers support hardware timestamping, some do
not. But userland has no method to query which features are supported
(aside maybe of getting RX messages and observe whether or not
hardware timestamps stay at zero).
The canonical way for a network driver to advertised what kind of
timestamping it supports is to implement ethtool_ops::get_ts_info().
This patch only targets the CAN drivers which *do not* support
hardware timestamping. For each of those CAN drivers, implement the
get_ts_info() using the generic ethtool_op_get_ts_info().
This way, userland can do:
| $ ethtool --show-time-stamping canX
to confirm the device timestamping capacities.
N.B. the drivers which support hardware timestamping will be migrated
in separate patches.

For the possible failure of the platform_get_irq(), the returned irq
could be error number and will finally cause the failure of the
request_irq().
Consider that platform_get_irq() can now in certain cases return
-EPROBE_DEFER, and the consequences of letting request_irq()
effectively convert that into -EINVAL, even at probe time rather than
later on. So it might be better to check just now.

In order to implement byte queue limits (bql) in CAN drivers, the length of the
CAN frame needs to be passed into the networking stack after queueing and after
transmission completion.
To avoid to calculate this length twice, extend can_get_echo_skb() to return
that value. Convert all users of this function, too.

can_dlc2len -> can_fd_dlc2len to get the payload length from the DLC
can_len2dlc -> can_fd_len2dlc to get the DLC from the payload length

The naming of can_dlc as element of struct can_frame and also as variable
name is misleading as it claims to be a 'data length CODE' but in reality
it always was a plain data length.
With the indroduction of a new 'len' element in struct can_frame we can now
remove can_dlc as name and make clear which of the former uses was a plain
length (-> 'len') or a data length code (-> 'dlc') value.

CANFD2.0 core uses BRAM for storing acceptance filter ID(AFID) and MASK
(AFMASK)registers. So by default AFID and AFMASK registers contain random
data. Due to random data, we are not able to receive all CAN ids.
Initializing AFID and AFMASK registers with Zero before enabling
acceptance filter to receive all packets irrespective of ID and Mask.

Userspace can signal with CAN_CTRLMODE_BERR_REPORTING whether they need
reporting of bus errors (CAN_ERR_BUSERROR) or not.
However, xilinx_can driver currently always sends CAN_ERR_BUSERROR
frames to userspace on bus errors.
To improve performance on error conditions when bus error reporting is
not needed, avoid sending CAN_ERR_BUSERROR frames unless requested via
CAN_CTRLMODE_BERR_REPORTING.
The error interrupt is still kept enabled as there is no dedicated state
transition interrupt, but just disabling error frame submission still
yields a significant performance improvement. In a simple test with
continuous bus errors and no userspace programs reading/writing CAN I
saw system CPU load reduced by 1/3.
