0532a79efd strparser: Add read_sock callback 
Added a new read_sock handler, allowing users to customize read operations
instead of relying on the native socket's read_sock.

060d9d3e12 docs: networking: convert strparser.txt to ReST 
- add SPDX header;
- adjust title markup;
- mark code blocks and literals as such;
- mark tables as such;
- adjust identation, whitespaces and blank lines where needed;
- add to networking/index.rst.
