Fix this by introducing a new header file "sun3.h" for holding the
prototypes of functions implemented in arch/m68k/sun3/ and
arch/m68k/sun3x/.

- Convert from printk() to pr_*(),
- Add missing print to do_page_mapin(), as print_pte_vaddr() calls
pr_cont().

sun3_ksyms gone, m68k_ksyms trimmed down to exports of the assembler ones,
for sun3 added the missing exports of __ioremap() and iounmap().

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
