Previous changes separated the uses of pmu_event and pmu_metric,
however, both structures contained all the variables of event and
metric. This change removes the event variables from metric and the
metric variables from event.
Note, this change removes the setting of evsel's metric_name/expr as
these fields are no longer part of struct pmu_event. The metric
remains but is no longer implicitly requested when the event is. This
impacts a few Intel uncore events, however, as the ScaleUnit is shared
by the event and the metric this utility is questionable. Also the
MetricNames look broken (contain spaces) in some cases and when trying
to use the functionality with '-e' the metrics fail but regular
metrics with '-M' work. For example, on SkylakeX '-M' works:

The code also carries warnings where the user is supposed to select
events for metrics [2] but given the lack of use of such a feature,
let's clean the code and just remove.

Currently the 'MetricExpr' json value is passed from the json
file to the pmu-events.c. This change introduces an expression
tree that is parsed into. The parsing is done largely by using
operator overloading and python's 'eval' function. Two advantages
in doing this are:
1) Broken metrics fail at compile time rather than relying on
`perf test` to detect. `perf test` remains relevant for checking
event encoding and actual metric use.
2) The conversion to a string from the tree can minimize the metric's
string size, for example, preferring 1e6 over 1000000, avoiding
multiplication by 1 and removing unnecessary whitespace. On x86
this reduces the string size by 2,930bytes (0.07%).
In future changes it would be possible to programmatically
generate the json expressions (a single line of text and so a
pain to write manually) for an architecture using the expression
tree. This could avoid copy-pasting metrics for all architecture
variants.
v4. Doesn't simplify "0*SLOTS" to 0, as the pattern is used to fix
Intel metrics with topdown events.
v3. Avoids generic types on standard types like set that aren't
supported until Python 3.9, fixing an issue with Python 3.6
reported-by John Garry. v3 also fixes minor pylint issues and adds
a call to Simplify on the read expression tree.

The document SA22-7832-13 "z/Architecture Principles of Operation",
published May, 2022, contains the description of the
Processor Activity Instrumentation Facility and the cryptography

jevents.c is large, has a dependency on an old forked version of jsmn,
and is challenging to work upon. A lot of jevents.c's complexity comes
from needing to write json and csv parsing from first principles. In
contrast python has this functionality in standard libraries and is
already a build pre-requisite for tools like asciidoc (that builds all
of the perf man pages).
Introduce jevents.py that produces identical output to jevents.c. Add a
test that runs both converter tools and validates there are no output
differences. The test can be invoked with a phony build target like:
$ make -C tools/perf jevents-py-test
The python code deliberately tries to replicate the behavior of
jevents.c so that the output matches and transitioning tools shouldn't
introduce regressions. In some cases the code isn't as elegant as hoped,
but fixing this can be done as follow up.
