we have two SSC_En:
we get ssc_info from dce_info for MPLL_SSC_EN.
we used to call VBIOS cmdtbl's smu_info's SS persentage for DPRECLK SS info,
is used for DP AUDIO and VBIOS' smu_info table was from systemIntegrationInfoTable.
since dcn35 VBIOS removed smu_info, driver need to use integrationInfotable directly.

[Why]
OTG inst and pwrseq inst mapping is not align therefore we cannot use
otg_inst as pwrseq inst to get DCIO register.
[How]
1. Pass the correct pwrseq instance to dmub when set abm pipe.
2. LVTMA control index change from panel_inst to pwrseq_inst.

The NULL initialization of the pointers assigned by kzalloc() first is
not necessary, because if the kzalloc() failed, the pointers will be
assigned NULL, otherwise it works as usual. so remove it.

Use swap() helper macro instead of open coded swap instructions. The
change also facilitates code cleanup and realignment for improved
readability. Issue identified using swap.cocci Coccinelle semantic
patch script.

[Why]
When an eDP panel is powered externally from a different GPU, we can avoid
waiting for hardware sequencing delays when switching the backlight on/off
as the display backlight is no longer powered by the original source.
[How]
This commit extends the 'link_powered_externally' variable to allow
bypassing hardware delays for additional backlight commands and force the
backlight on/off when a link is powered by another GPU.

[Why]
When an eDP panel is powered externally by a different GPU, we don't need

display is not dependent on the GPU being powered down.

This commit adds a variable 'link_powered_externally' to indicate when a
link is being powered by another GPU.

[Why&How]
Firmware headers dictate that gpio_pin array only has a size of 8. The
count returned from vbios however is greater than 8.
Fix this by not using array indexing but incrementing the pointer since
gpio_pin definition in atomfirmware.h is hardcoded to size 8

[Why]
For DCN3.2 and DCN3.21, VBIOS has switch to using v3.0 of the VRAM
info struct. We should read and override the VRAM info in driver with
values provided by VBIOS to support memory downbin cases.

[Why]
v1_5 display object table has no way for connectors to
indicate which slot they are a part of, resulting in additional
empty slots to appear in EDID management UI.
[How]
Assume that all connectors belong to the same slot.

display_object_info_table_v1_5 with atom_display_object_path_v3
will be used.
[How]
Add bios parser support for display_object_info_table_v1_5 with
atom_display_object_path_v3 for all existing, in use bios records
as well as for new records:
ATOM_CONNECTOR_CAP_RECORD_TYPE,
ATOM_CONNECTOR_SPEED_UPTO and
ATOM_BRACKET_LAYOUT_V2_RECORD_TYPE.

[Why]
Currently there are use cases that require DP link to maintain fixed VS
and PE in HW regardless of what the sink requests. BIOS integrated info
table will specify whether we need to use the fixed drive settings, and
the drive settings to use.
[How]
Implement changes to parse the integrated info table and set the fixed
drive settings accordingly.
