6303d0693f clocksource: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Pull more timer updates from Thomas Gleixner:
"Timekeeping and clocksource/event driver updates the second batch:

   - A trivial documentation fix in the timekeeping core

   - A really boring set of small fixes, enhancements and cleanups in
the drivers code. No new clocksource/clockevent drivers for a
     change"

d7b76421c0 clocksource/drivers/timer-tegra186: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

1e64f2a7fe clocksource/drivers/timer-tegra186: remove MODULE_LICENSE in non-modules
Since commit 8b41fc4454 ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without
Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations
are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro
in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing
object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe
might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message.

So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as
modules.

07385a6055 clocksource/drivers/timer-tegra186: Add support for Tegra234 SoC
The timer IP block present on Tegra234 SoC supports watchdog timer
functionality that can be used to recover from system hangs. The
watchdog timer uses a timer in the background for countdown.

42cee19a9f clocksource: Add Tegra186 timers support
Currently this only supports a single watchdog, which uses a timer in
the background for countdown. Eventually the timers could be used for
various time-keeping tasks, but by default the architected timer will
already provide that functionality.
