Zack Rusin	a6f53731f3	drm/vmwgfx: Remove the deprecated lower mem limit ... [ Upstream commit 826c387d01 ] TTM during the transition to the new page allocator lost the ability to constrain the allocations via the lower_mem_limit. The code has been unused since the change: 256dd44bd8 ("drm/ttm: nuke old page allocator") and there's no reason to keep it. Christian König	f07069da6b	drm/ttm: move memory accounting into vmwgfx v4 ... This is just another feature which is only used by VMWGFX, so move it into the driver instead.
