Implement the kernel graphics queue pipe reset,and the driver
will fallback to pipe reset when the queue reset fails. However,
the ME FW hasn't fully supported pipe reset yet so disable the
KGQ pipe reset temporarily.

Some of the firmware that is loaded by amdgpu is not actually required.
For example the ISP firmware on some SoCs is optional, and if it's not
present the ISP IP block just won't be initialized.
The firmware loader core however will show a warning when this happens
like this:
```
Direct firmware load for amdgpu/isp_4_1_0.bin failed with error -2
```
To avoid confusion for non-required firmware, adjust the amd-ucode helper
to take an extra argument indicating if the firmware is required or
optional.
On optional firmware use firmware_request_nowarn() instead of
request_firmware() to avoid the warnings.

To be compatible with legacy IFWI, driver needs to carry legacy tOS and
query pmfw version to load them accordingly.
Add psp_firmware_header_v2_1 to handle the combined sos binary.
Double the sos count limit for the case of aux sos fw packed.

supports ISP IP block. ISP hw block is used for camera front-end, pre

All microcode runs a basic validation after it's been loaded. Each
IP block as part of init will run both.
Introduce a wrapper for request_firmware and amdgpu_ucode_validate.
This wrapper will also remap any error codes from request_firmware
to -ENODEV. This is so that early_init will fail if firmware couldn't
be loaded instead of the IP block being disabled.

As PSP needs to verify the signature, CAP firmware must be loaded first when PSP loads firmwares.

- Add interface to load SRIOV cap FW. If the FW does not
exist, simply skip this FW loading routine.
This FW will only be loaded under SRIOV. Other driver
configuration will not be affected.
By adding this interface, it will make us easier to
prepare SRIOV Linux guest driver for different users.
- Update sysfs interface to read cap FW version.
- Refactor PSP FW loading routine under SRIOV to use a
unified SWITCH statement instead of using IF statement
- Remove redundant amdgpu_sriov_vf() check in FW loading
routine
