Use vb2_get_num_buffers() to avoid using queue num_buffers field directly.
This allows us to change how the number of buffers is computed in the
future.
Fix the number of buffers computation at the same time.

Convert enum->pointer for data in the match tables, so that
device_get_match_data() can do match against OF/ACPI/I2C tables, once i2c
bus type match support added to it.
Replace enum->struct *video_i2c_chip for data in the match table. Simplify
the probe() by replacing device_get_match_data() and ID lookup for
retrieving data by i2c_get_match_data().

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

After commit b8a1a4cd5a ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new()
call-back type"), all drivers being converted to .probe_new() and then
commit 03c835f498 ("i2c: Switch .probe() to not take an id parameter")
convert back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop
.probe_new() from struct i2c_driver.

Currently, the defines in this driver are after some structs and
functions, it makes more sense to move them up to the top of the file,
so that the constants can be named together with other defines.

MLX90640 should ideally be working without a frame skip.
In short, if a frame is skipped, then half of a frame loses correction
information, having no way to retrieve its original compensation.
This patch improves the timing in three ways:
1) Replaced schedule_timeout_interruptible() to usleep_range()
The former "only ensures that it will sleep for at least
schedule_delay (if not interrupted)", as pointed out by mchehab.
As a result, the frame rate could lag behind than the actual capability
of the hardware
(Raspberry Pi would show a few Hz slower than set value)
2) Calculation based on us, not jiffies
Jiffies usually has resolution of 100Hz, and possibly even cruder.
MLX90640 can go up to 64Hz frame rate, which does not make sense to
calculate the interval with aforementioned resolution.
3) Interval calculation based on the last frame's end time
Using the start time of the current frame will probably make tiny bit
of drift every time. This made more sense when I didn't realize 1),
but it still makes sense without adding virtually any complexity,
so this stays in.

Commit dd8088d5a8 ("PM: runtime: Add pm_runtime_resume_and_get to deal with usage counter")
added pm_runtime_resume_and_get() in order to automatically handle
dev->power.usage_count decrement on errors.
Use the new API, in order to cleanup the error check logic.

Fix build fault when CONFIG_HWMON is a module, and CONFIG_VIDEO_I2C
as builtin. This is due to 'imply hwmon' in the respective Kconfig.

Add initial support for MLX90640 thermal cameras which output an 32x24
greyscale pixel image along with 2 rows of coefficent data.
Because of this the data outputed is really 32x26 and needs the two rows
removed after using the coefficent information to generate processed
images in userspace.

The video device release() callback for video-i2c driver frees the whole
struct video_i2c_data. If there is no user left for the video device
when video_unregister_device() is called, the release callback is executed.
However, in video_i2c_remove() some fields (v4l2_dev, lock, and queue_lock)
in struct video_i2c_data are still accessed after video_unregister_device()
is called.
This fixes the use after free by moving the code from video_i2c_remove()
to the release() callback.
