While doing multiple S4 stress tests, GC/RLC/PMFW get into
an invalid state resulting into hard hangs.
Adding a GFX reset as workaround just before sending the
MP1_UNLOAD message avoids this failure.

Reducing the size of ucode_prefix to 25 in the smu_v11_0_init_microcode
function. we ensure that fw_name can accommodate the maximum possible
string size

Add new types to distinguish between ACA error type and smu mca type.
e.g.:
the ACA_ERROR_TYPE_DEFERRED is not matched any smu mca valid bank
channel, so add new type 'aca_smu_type' to distinguish aca error type
and smu mca type.

Report pcie link speed/width using metric table in case
of one vf & if pmfw support is available, else report directly from

On SOCs with SMUv13.0.6, mode-2 reset takes a bit longer. Wait for 200ms
before trying to restore config space after mode-2 reset.

It's unreasonable to use 0 as the power1_min_cap when
OD is disabled. So, use the same lower limit as the value
used when OD is enabled.

should be less than the max DPM level UCLK level value.
