Thierry Reding 2b1c1a5d51 pwm: Use -EINVAL for unsupported polarity ...

Instead of using a mix of -EOPNOTSUPP and -ENOTSUPP, use the more
standard -EINVAL to signal that the specified polarity value was
invalid.
