Suchit 23dcacff2d selftests: net: Fix minor typos in MPTCP and psock tests

Fixes minor spelling errors:
- `simult_flows.sh`: "al testcases" -> "all testcases"
- `psock_tpacket.c`: "accross" -> "across"
