John Allen 2fa56a4944 ibmvnic: Remove skb->protocol checks in ibmvnic_xmit ...

Having these checks in ibmvnic_xmit causes problems with VLAN
tagging and balance-alb/tlb bonding modes. The restriction they
imposed can be removed.
