Hannes Reinecke e22da46850 net/handshake: Add new parameter 'HANDSHAKE_A_ACCEPT_KEYRING' 
Add a new netlink parameter 'HANDSHAKE_A_ACCEPT_KEYRING' to provide
the serial number of the keyring to use.
