Pull OpenRISC updates from Stafford Horne:

 - Support for cacheinfo API to expose OpenRISC cache info via sysfs,
   this also translated to some cleanups to OpenRISC cache flush and
   invalidate API's

 - Documentation updates for new mailing list and toolchain binaries
