Boris Burkov a8df356199 btrfs: forbid deleting live subvol qgroup 
If a subvolume still exists, forbid deleting its qgroup 0/subvolid.
This behavior generally leads to incorrect behavior in squotas and
doesn't have a legitimate purpose.
