Pull parisc architecture updates from Helge Deller:

 - Temporarily disable jump label support to avoid kernel crash with
   32-bit kernel

 - Add vdso linker script to 'targets' instead of extra-y

 - Remove parisc versions of memcpy_toio and memset_io
