Alexandre Belloni 02f3712f1f rtc: 88pm80x: convert to rtc_tm_to_time64/rtc_time64_to_tm 
Now that the RTC range is properly checked, convert the driver to
rtc_tm_to_time64/rtc_time64_to_tm
