Ratheesh Kannoth db010ff670 octeontx2-af: Initialize maps. 
kmalloc_array() without __GFP_ZERO flag does not initialize
memory to zero. This causes issues. Use kcalloc() for maps and
bitmap_zalloc() for bitmaps.
