Borys Tyran cd1ed11a67 rust: improve lifetimes markup ...

Improve lifetimes markup; e.g. from:

    /// ... 'a ...

to:

    /// ... `'a` ...

This will make lifetimes display as code span with Markdown and make it
more consistent with rest of the docs.
