Ard Biesheuvel 092acf0698 crypto: testmgr - add test cases for cbcmac(aes) ...

In preparation of splitting off the CBC-MAC transform in the CCM
driver into a separate algorithm, define some test cases for the
AES incarnation of cbcmac.
