Herbert Xu aa38d87ec8 crypto: engine - Remove CRYPTO_ALG_ENGINE bit ...

Remove the private and obsolete CRYPTO_ALG_ENGINE bit which is
conflicting with the new CRYPTO_ALG_DUP_FIRST bit.
