Alexandru Gheorghiu 0d9ffc979f sound: oss: uart401: Used kmemdup instead of kmalloc and memcpy 
Used kmemdup instead of replicating it's behaviour with kmalloc followed
by memcpy.
Patch found using coccinelle.
