Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie:
"Not a huge amount here, mainly a bunch of scattered amdgpu fixes, and
then some misc panfrost, bridge/panel ones, and one ast fix for
multi-monitors. Probably pick up a bit more next week like rc3 often
does.
