media: uapi: Add MEDIA_BUS_FMT_SENSOR_DATA media bus format

This patch adds MEDIA_BUS_FMT_SENSOR_DATA used by the bcm2835-unicam
driver to support CSI-2 embedded data streams from camera sensors.
