ASoC: SOF: Intel: remove all dependencies on SND_SOC_HDAC_HDMI

Browse Source 
remove all dependencies on SND_SOC_HDAC_HDMI and
clean-up ifdefs. The machine driver still supports this configuration
used by the Skylake driver.
