ARM: dts: qcom: msm8960: move vsdcc regulator out of simple-bus

Browse Source 
It is not recommended to place regulator nodes inside simple-bus,
so move it out in order to fix the warnings generated by
dtschema/schemas/simple-bus.yaml schema.
