arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998-clamshell: Add missing vdda supplies

'vdda-phy-supply' and 'vdda-pll-supply' are required properties.  Add
them to fix the dtbs_check warnings below.

phy@1da7000: 'vdda-phy-supply' is a required property
