Mauro Carvalho Chehab	a4c3793e71	media: allegro-dvt: avoid EN DASH char ... While there's nothing wrong with EN DASH on C code, this probably came from some cut-and paste from an ITU-T table. Michael Tretter	256442881b	media: allegro: extract RBSP handler from H.264 NAL generator ... The RBSP structure is the same for HEVC and H.264. In order to be able to reuse the RBSP handler for generating HEVC NAL units, extract the functions from the H.264 generator.
