[ Upstream commit6a7d8cff4a] In the timer callback function tipc_sk_timeout(), we're trying to reschedule another timeout to retransmit a setup request if destination link is congested. But we use the incorrect timeout value (msecs_to_jiffies(100)) instead of (jiffies + msecs_to_jiffies(100)), so that the timer expires immediately, it's irrelevant for original description. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
