Hanjun Guo 07070e12cf ACPI: Remove duplicate definitions of PREFIX ...

We already have a macro for PREFIX of "ACPI: " in
drivers/acpi/internal.h, so remove the duplicate ones
in ACPI drivers when internal.h is included.
