Viresh Kumar 8aaf6264fc opp: Remove _dev_pm_opp_find_and_remove_table() wrapper 
Remove the unnecessary wrapper and merge
_dev_pm_opp_find_and_remove_table() with dev_pm_opp_remove_table().
