Ingo Molnar bb44e5d1c6 sched: cfs core, kernel/sched_rt.c 
add kernel/sched_rt.c: SCHED_FIFO/SCHED_RR support. The behavior
and semantics of SCHED_FIFO/SCHED_RR tasks is unchanged.
