Kees Cook b382a5c3c5 USB: chaoskey: Use kasprintf() over strcpy()/strcat() ...

Instead of kmalloc() with manually calculated values followed by
multiple strcpy()/strcat() calls, just fold it all into a single
kasprintf() call.
