For PREEMPT_RT=y kernels, the deferred_irq_workfn() is executed in the per-cpu irq_work/* task context and not disable-irq, if the rq returned by container_of() is current CPU's rq, the following scenarios may occur: lock(&rq->__lock); <Interrupt> lock(&rq->__lock); This commit use IRQ_WORK_INIT_HARD() to replace init_irq_work() to initialize rq->scx.deferred_irq_work, make the deferred_irq_workfn() is always invoked in hard-irq context. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
