Hawking Zhang f099471bc5 drm/amdgpu: enable GDDR6 save-restore support for dimgrey_cavefish ...

add mp0 11_0_12 for dimgrey_cavefish to the mem training
supported list, otherwise the modeprobe would fail
on dimgrey_cavefish with latest vbios.
