[ Upstream commit34b5560db4] The generic Makefile.kasan propagates CONFIG_KASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET into KASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET, but only does so for CONFIG_KASAN_GENERIC. Since commit:6bd1d0be0e("arm64: kasan: Switch to using KASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET") ... arm64 defines CONFIG_KASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET in Kconfig rather than defining KASAN_SHADOW_OFFSET in a Makefile. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
