Chris Wilson 26f00514d9 drm/i915: Isolate i915_getparam_ioctl() ...

This giant switch has tendrils all other the struct and does not fit
in with the rest of the driver bring up and control in i915_drv.c. Push
it to one side so that it can grow in peace.
